Is your rotation not going the way you would like? Is there anything that could be negatively affecting your progress and performance? Could this be an issue with:

  • the setting
  • the relationship you have with your preceptor(s)
  • the preceptor him or herself

Make sure you talk to your preceptor about your concerns. Communication is a great starting point for solving any challenges you are experiencing in your learning experience.
