Is there anything that is negatively affecting the learner’s performance? Could this be an issue with:

  • the setting
  • the learner him or herself
  • the relationship you have with the learner

Make sure you talk to the learner about your concerns. Communication is a great starting point for solving challenges in the learning experience.
